At Kids and Co, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and
stress-free from the moment you place your order to the first steps your little
one takes in their new footwear!

1. 🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

* Delivery Timelines:
- Major Cities: 3 to 5 business days across major cities in Pakistan.
- Remote Areas: 5 to 7 business days for regional or rural locations.
- Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are
dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays
are processed the next working day.
* Shipping Charges:
- Flat Rate: PKR 100 flat delivery charge on all orders nationwide across Pakistan.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide. Please ensure exact cash is
ready upon the courier rider's arrival.
* Order Tracking:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS
or WhatsApp to monitor your parcel in real-time.

2. 👟 SIZE & PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY

We know that sizing kids' shoes online can be tricky! If the fit isn't right,
we are happy to assist with a quick exchange.
* Exchange Window & Guidelines:
- You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
- Condition: Shoes must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with no outdoor
sole wear or dirt, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
* How Exchanges Work:
- Size Exchanges: If you need a different size, contact us on WhatsApp with
your Order ID. You simply cover the return shipping to send the pair back to
us, and we will ship the replacement pair back to you!
- Wrong or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective item or the wrong product,
please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
We will arrange a free door-to-door pickup and replacement at no extra cost to you.
